A Successful Release

Yesterday was my official release day, and I couldn’t be happier. I have already made some sales, and got a good review from a complete stranger! Nothing could bring me down yesterday. When PT told me that I had someone leave a good review I actually squealed with glee. For those who do not know me, I don’t squeal with glee or with anything else. I’m actually still buzzing a little from the rush of yesterday.

I know I’ve told all the people who helped me thank you in person, and in the acknowledgements page of Battle of Hearts, but if any of them are reading this right now I’ve got to say it again. THANK YOU!! Also, if the person who left that review happens across this page: THANK YOU! to you too. You have no idea what that means to a budding author. You totally rock.

I’m Afraid I’ve Been Thinking

I’ve been thinking about posting another short story. I have no idea whether or not people liked the short story I’ve already posted, or if anyone has even read it. I know about a dozen people have looked at the post, but that’s the extent. Of course I’m not expecting much at this point since I haven’t even published a book yet. Soon, though. Very soon. *runs and hides under the covers*
